- To help some authors who did not check CMT system for the final decision of paper, the deadline of the final camera-ready paper (in PDF format) upload to is extended to Oct. 17.

From 2023, IEEE CASS VSPC - TC will establish The Visual Signal Processing and Communications (VSPC) Rising Star Program to annually recognize experts in emerging domains of visual signal processing and communications for his/her accomplishments and vision.
